Mike Agerbo is today’s digital living expert.  Heard nationally on Corus Radio’s GetConnected every week, and seen by thousands of television viewers with his regular Tech Segment appearances on Global, Citytv and CTV, Mike’s casual style makes technology fun and simple.   Not only is Mike a veteran broadcast TV and radio personality, he is also an award winning television producer and creator.   He has produced hundreds of hours of television programming for Global TV, City TV, Prime, The Men’s Channel, The Biography Channel, Clear Channel, Tech TV and YTV.   He has extensive experience in creating innovative relationships between television broadcasters, and the new digital world - with internet service providers and portals, including Yahoo, Rogers, Shaw, Telus, MSN, Bell Sympatico and many others.

Deborah Collins from Soya Marketing is going to present at the October 16th Ideas on Tap.

Deborah Collins is a co-founder of Soya Marketing, Canada’s first Web PR agency. She helps companies build their brands online, through Google Storytelling and Social Media Marketing. Her clients include Opus Hotel Group, Park Royal Shopping Centre and Blast Radius. She’s been featured in Vancouver Magazine for her business ethics.

Deborah has been responsible for some marketing ‘firsts’ in Canada, including Canada’s first restaurant launched via social media (Koko Restaurant & Bar for Opus Hotels) and the nation’s first social media back-to-school campaign (for Park Royal).

Deborah’s marketing background includes more than a decade at some of Canada’s leading agencies including National PR, RMG Connect, Inventa, McMillan and Silver Lining. She’s worked on big-name accounts such as Molson, Telus, Vancouver General Hospital and VanCity.

Miss604 has confirmed her participation in the October Ideas on Tap!Rebecca Bollwitt has been blogging about Vancouver since 2004 on Miss604.com, podcasting RadioZoom  since 2005 and is going into her third season as a co-host of The Crazy Canucks. She is also an author for Techvibes, is a contributor on the community-driven HockeyStars.com, as well as a guest author for E!Online - one of the top ten entertainment websites in the world. Miss604.com was recently voted #2 Best Local Blog by readers of the Georgia Straight, and Rebecca has been listed in the top ten of NowPublic and the Vancouver Sun’s “Top web influencers in Vancouver” MostPublic index.
